**The Opportunity**

Catch is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to due the team on a **6-months fixed term contract**.

As the E-Commerce Specialist - Campaigns, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and recommendation of a category and customer-led digital merchandising plan, with a focus on ensuring our Catch customers are provided with the best possible website shopping experience.

**What you’ll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of an E-Commerce Specialist - Campaigns look like? Well, no two days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Ensure category plan supports customer mindset, key customer dates and sitewide promotional events in line with the Group Trade Promotional Planner.
- Coordinating daily assortment merchandising to support conversion and ensure an exceptional shopping customer experience.
- Manage category level go-to-market activities supporting buyers and marketplace stakeholders.
- Briefing design and creative asset requirements with customer and category centric approach.
- Help to identify product opportunities and trends though targeted customer and competitor research.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and implement learnings quickly.
- Collaborate internally and cross functionally to ensure all onsite touch points and customer journeys are optimised for browsing and conversion.
- Daily merchandising and optimisation driven by data-led insight and decision making.
- The ability to analyse products both quantitatively and qualitatively, identifying trends, demand and opportunities through web, mobile and app analysis.
- Responsible for performance tracking, weekly reporting and analysis including daily analysis to identify and action conversion optimisations.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with high attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- Solid team player and collaborator.
- Ability to deliver and execute high quality, highly accurate work on time.
- Meet 99% compliance accuracy including managing live event errors and site maintenance.

**The skills you'll have**
- Experience working within a retail organisation - previous eCommerce experience will be highly regarded.
- The ability to review reports and analyse data and be able to articulate findings back to the business.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written - you’ll be interacting with Senior Managers, the Marketplace and Design Team.
- Experience understanding data-led decision making
- Proficient use of excel and BI tools highly desirable.
- Enthusiasm and passion for retail
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and short time frames
- Great collaboration and stakeholder management
