**About the Role**

As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the operational requirements of the Fenton & Fenton website. This includes product uploads, SEO, copywriting, web content management, and implementation of other exciting projects.

**Key Accountabilites**:

- Product management: Create, edit and manage website products with Shopify.
- Website maintenance: Update homepage with new imagery, campaigns and products.
- E-commerce campaigns: Run exhibitions, lifestyle content, and promotions.
- Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams for accurate pricing and information.
- Develop and maintain content across multiple websites.
- Brief creative assets to the Design team for web channels.
- Engage with external agencies for digital marketing strategy.
- Utilize reports for product accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve website and marketing issues.
- Manage Google Merchant Centre for Google Ads and shopping campaigns.
- Support and implement recommendations from third-party agencies.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and make quick decisions.
- Exceptional organisational skills and focus, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in accordance with strict deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce retail environment.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Manager, AdWords, and other Google Suite programs.
- Understanding of SEO, content management systems, and basic web design.
- Experience or aptitude for Photoshop basics for image editing is essential.
