E-Commerce Implementation Specialist – Configure, Support, Optimise *Help us launch something big. MM Security Group is moving fast - and our next step is unifying multiple platforms into one powerhouse e-commerce system. We're rolling out BigCommerce* across all divisions - we need someone hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to take ownership of a system that will change how we work.

This isn't coding from scratch. It's about configuring, migrating, and optimising a platform that brings multiple legacy systems together. You'll support the rollout, work with vendors, and become one of the go-to people for everything e-commerce.

What you'll do:

  • Configure and implement the BigCommerce platform across the group.
  • Migrate and unify data and processes from multiple legacy systems.
  • Maintain catalogues, integrations, and site functions across divisions.
  • Troubleshoot and work with vendors/partners to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Provide operational support during roll-out and beyond, improving workflows and integrations.
