**The Role**
Are you a recent graduate and looking for a great entry level role supporting our Digital & Strategy teams? In your new role as **_Team Support Coordinator _**, you will support the broader Digital & Strategy teams in the execution of key deliverables resulting in an increased operational efficiency. You will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support, managing internal/ external communications with key stakeholders across the business; complex diary management & working collaboratively with other teams to support broader Big W & Woolworths Group initiatives. This is a **_full-time permanent _**opportunity.
- Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Provide additional operational support to State Managers, SET leadership team and store managers
- Support leaders in the production of board papers and papers for executive meetings and conferences
- Answer and screen telephone calls to ensure an effective two-way communication between with teams and individuals
- Respond to customer feedback both internally and externally as required
- Pro-active diary management & support with meeting rhythm for SET
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, conferences, conference calls, agendas/invites, travel, and any necessary catering
- Develop a sound knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist senior leaders to ensure compliance
**About you
We are looking for a highly efficient, administrative talent with amazing organisational skills and a positive, energetic personality. You will have exceptional relationship management skills and be adept at dealing with people at different levels of an organisation. Your organisational and time management skills will be second to none, and your flexibility and willingness to take on a wide range of tasks will be paramount to the success of this role.
- You’ll bring the following experience, knowledge & attributes:
- Previous experience in a highly administrative / business support role
- High level of integrity/confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with priority of work
- Demonstrated experience in events management and/ or trade show co-ordination (desirable)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High proficiency in Powerpoint
- Extensive experience in preparation of board papers, presentations & reporting (desirable)
