**What you’ll do**
- Support the Program/Project Manager with the creation and maintenance of governance deliverables, ensuring projects adhere to established standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within core project tools.
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and meetings, including securing facilities, building agendas, coordinating inputs, and managing logistics.
- Coordinate team administrative tasks and processes such as raising purchase orders, reporting, minute taking, diary management and project workshops
- Ensure governance reporting is kept up to date and assist the project management team in document management
- Closely track and monitor project financials across multiple projects
- Facilitate the implementation of fit-outs for new warehouses through on-site presence, including managing contractor inductions, reviewing relevant Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and work plans, and coordinating with the site facilities and operations teams.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting and follow through
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective use of Google suite tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and have the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and to be resilient across an extended project
