The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing team on all tasks relating to the marketing campaigns of master planned communities and other Project Marketing and Real Estate campaigns

Conveniently located at our head office in Norwest, and a 5-minute walk from Bella Vista station.

The key marketing functions of this role include, but is not limited to;
- Assist in the coordination of design and creation of all marketing collateral to meet appropriate deadlines
- Provide marketing support on all digital platforms including website management and social media
- Oversee the management of property listings and weekly stockists so that they are delivered on time and accurately
- Oversee, coordinate, and delegate tasks to the overseas design team
- Coordination and booking of photographers, signboards, and other advertising material
- Maintain and oversee the marketing budgets of allocated projects and residential sales suburbs (BDAs)
- Monitor and review all regular marketing reports and updating marketing activities to improve results
- Assist in all marketing, advertising and PR activities, including all in-house marketing tools i.e. magazines, office brochures, plans, flyers, EDMs etc
- Creation and management of digital advertising i.e. Facebook/Instagram Campaigns, Google AdWords, etc.
- Contribute to the creation/update of marketing systems and process documents

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate.
- Advanced computer skills, with Intermediate skills of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel
- Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail - a must
- Excellent communication with the ability to edit and oversee written material
- Previous experience in social media and digital marketing
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced work environment
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.
- A Minimum 1-2 years in a similar position

Previous work experience in a Real Estate agency will be highly regarded.
