**Job Description** About the role**:
With a strong emphasis on structured sales processes, this role involves routine administrative work, including data management, compliance checks, and quality assurance. Your expertise in Salesforce, Aged Care programs (HCP & CHSP), MAC Portal and compliance will be essential in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

This is an approximate 12 month fixed-term opportunity, suited to someone who enjoys structured workflows, attention to detail, and ensuring compliance in a team-based environment. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required at least once a month, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing Salesforce data entry, ensuring accuracy across customer records, quotes, and service contracts.
- Coordinating and maintaining the end-to-end sales support process for new customers.
- Supporting internal teams with reporting, training, and CRM updates.
- Ensuring adherence to internal processes and government regulations within aged care programs.
- Collaborating with HCP Specialists and Customer Care Managers to maintain data accuracy and streamline onboarding workflows.

**About you**:
To excel in this role, you will have a strong administrative background with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement and compliance.

You will also bring:

- Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a compliance-heavy industry.
- CRM expertise, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
- Strong skills in data management, compliance, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- A team-focused mindset, capable of managing workload collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of aged care funding programs (HCP & CHSP) is highly desirable but not essential.
