**About this role**:
The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the Project Consultants and the Sale Team to ensure that commercial sales opportunities are identified, sales deliverables are qualified, sales quotations are prepared and sales deliverables are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and deliver accurate quantity reports, quotations and sales orders to support the Project and Sales teams
- Build positive relationships and rapport with team members to create a harmonious and positive work environment
- Active implementation of the Quality Management System
- Establish project parameters for products, lead times and budgets
- Work with and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and track sales orders to ensure time management, budget and customer relationships are kept to a very high standard
- Assist showroom sales when required with direct customer service
- Maintain documents, reports and filing systems to ensure information is accessed efficiently and accurately
- Consult with internal project teams and external personnel to ensure sales deliverables are achieved

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills, pro-active, well organised and great attention to detail
- Collaborative, team-focused approach to work
- Experience with data management, budgeting and reporting
- Customer service skills, competency with processes and following responsibility matrices
- Experience with high-end products, ideally furniture or lighting
- MS Office knowledge required, POS Systems (CAD and Adobe Creative Suite desirable)
