We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project & Sales Administrator to join the team in Bayswater on a fulltime basis, Mon to Fri. You will be assisting in several different projects including, planning, tracking and documentation of projects from commencement to closeout of the project.

**_The role will involve:_**
- Logging all orders into the PRONTO and Salesforce systems
- Setting up the project directory
- Keeping track of all Vendor drawing and data requirements in terms of due dates, internal assignments and document status
- Keeping track of project progress invoicing, bank guarantees and Letters of Credit
- Keeping track of documentation required from subcontractors and suppliers as needed
- Implementing mark-ups from project engineers into documents
- Attend regular project/ production meetings
- Generation and updating of internal reporting data

**_About you:_**
- Previous experience in a project and sales admin position highly desirable
- Experience using software such as PRONTO & Salesforce ideal
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
