**A bit about us...**
Stomping Ground's new Brewery & Beer Hall is a stunning factory conversion at the former Phillip Morris cigarette factory, now known as Morris Moor.

The venue has both indoor and outdoor spaces including a huge beer garden and sun deck, viewing windows to watch the brewers in action, a kids cubby house, a 120 person function room, 25+ rotating craft beer taps, and a state of the art kitchen with a wood fire pizza oven.

We have been brewing beer and sharing our passion for great hospitality experiences at our Collingwood Brewery and Beer Hall for six years now There is no stopping this team pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a community brewery.

**A bit more about you...**
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team - restaurant or events
- Experience leading events and functions of all sizes
- A strong focus on providing a high level of service for all events
- A passion for food and beverage
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage
- A positive and solutions-based attitude
- Great communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Well organised
- Ability to manage and work within requested timeframes

**What you'll do...**
- Attending all site visits to act as a second point of contact
- Supporting the events manager when required in administrative support
- Liaise with suppliers
- Plan room layout and seating arrangement
- Oversee all details of events including set up and pack down
- On the day managing of the event and event staff

Salary range of $60k - 80k based on experience + Super + Meals + Beer
