What's happening

We're looking for an Event Supervisor to lead the way in bringing our guests' visions to life. From day one, you'll help guide the team on the floor and deliver events that feel seamless in execution and extraordinary in memory. Hands-on and visible, you'll work closely with our Sales team and Events Manager to make sure every detail sings.

Who you are

  • You connect effortlessly with people, lead with confidence and thrive in the world of hospitality
  • You bring at least 2 years' leadership experience in hospitality, ideally leading events or functions in a high-volume environment
  • You know how to build rapport and turn a guest's brief into something unforgettable
  • You coach, train and inspire your team, creating a culture of trust and drive
  • You're flexible and happy to step into other areas of the venue when needed
  • You thrive on creating experiences that feel effortless but remarkable
