**About the Position**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and create production orders using the ERP system.
- Optimise the production schedule to maximise operational efficiency.
- Meet inventory targets and customer service levels.
- Provide ETAs to the Customer Service team and communicate any deviations.
- Work closely with the Mould Planner to ensure critical items are prioritised.
- Monitor, control, and update planning parameters to achieve optimised supply chain performance and ROI.
- Pursue continuous improvement for manufacturing production information systems in line with organisational objectives.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Qualification in Planning, Manufacturing or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of production planning experience.
- Intermediate - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in using ERP/MRP Systems.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously.
- Proactive and analytical with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Willing to undertake interstate travel if needed.
