**Your new company**
As part of one of Australia's largest insurers, you will join a team of super sales and services consultants who specialise in health insurance. With fantastic training and support, you will learn to develop your current sales skills and open the door to a huge scope of progression opportunities for an amazing household name.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you focussing on assisting and converting membership leads into sales, through outbound call work. The position also acts as the first point of contact for membership queries through the contact centre (inbound calls). Some key responsibilities will be:

- Contacting and assisting potential members that have expressed interest in the health fund through the Key Account Manager and Member Care team
- Converting enquires into membership sales
- Ensuring knowledge is maintained in all aspects of health insurance legislation to ensure you comply with the industry “code of conduct”
- The Member Growth Consultant will work toward weekly, and month joint targets

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a sales position - ideally in a contact centre environment however not essential
- Ability to explain a sales process - describe when you have converted sales, either through lead generation, outbound call work, membership sales or retail sales
- Hunter mindset - genuine passion for working to targets and achieving goals
- High-level service and sales skills
- High level customer service and organisational skills
