Working closely with the Head of Marketing on the execution of Parlour X’s social media and marketing strategy including planning, creating, and executing highly engaging, innovative social media and digital content across all owned channels and amplifying brand awareness. Creative, with a good understanding of utilising analytics to create engaging content leading to traffic and conversions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Planning, briefing, and assisting the in-house photographer for social content shoots
- Planning and shooting organic social content for owned channels
- Working with the Social Media Manager to brief influencers and content creators
- Planning and execution of social media and marketing strategy alongside the Social Media Manager and external agency
- Weekly and monthly social media and marketing reporting
- Manage the end-to-end planning and creation of content and uploads for X-Files
- Graphics content creation for social media channels - specifically stories templates and reels
- Manage all ongoing relationships with Australian press/publications
- Manage the end-to-end process loaning of PX product for press and influencers
- Influencer Management
- Liaising with brands for content and activation opportunities
- Working with the Social Media Manager on the development and execution of the marketing calendar to align with trade focuses
- Execution of marketing and social media activations, promotions, and trade initiatives.
- Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute 4 x weekly EDM’s and manage Klaviyo platform
- Recommend new content requirements to engage audiences, tell the brand story, sell relevant categories in line with the marketing calendar and contribute to follower engagement
- Working with the sales team to organise gifts for clients/events with affiliates and gifting throughout the year
- Working with the Social Media Manager and digital agency on paid social asset management

This role requires:

- 3+ years’ experience within a marketing social media-related role with demonstrable results
- Extensive experience in creating highly engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
- Strong visual eye
- Highly organised
- A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
- A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
- Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
- Time management skills
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
