**About The Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the daily and weekly resourcing of a small team of Customer Service Consultants
- Report and present at weekly meetings on behalf of the customer service team, detailing findings, planning and suggested actions to inform the greater team
- Maintain in depth knowledge of each of the Customer Service Consultant roles, supporting training, upskilling or stepping in where volumes or absences require
- Be a brand advocate and provide exemplary customer service consistent with our brand philosophy

You have the ability to quickly pick up and adapt to working with new systems, yourself having a wealth of knowledge working in ZenDesk, and the savvy to quickly pull and manipulate data to support effective decision making.

**Who are you?**
You are a perfect match with:

- At least 1+ years experience Leading or Supervising a team in a similar capacity
- At least 3+ years experience in a Customer Service role, working across both Online and Retail environments
- At least 2+ years experience using ZenDesk
