Resilient Life Care is a family run NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports to individuals living with disability. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced NDIS Service Supervisor to join our team in Preston, VIC.

This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams of support workers, and ensuring participants receive the highest standard of care aligned with their NDIS goals. **Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee service delivery for a portfolio of NDIS participants across various support types (SIL, Community Participation).
- Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centred support plans in line with participant goals.
- Manage and supervise a team of support workers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and responsive care.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, including incident reporting, risk management, and documentation.
- Monitor participant outcomes and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, shift logs, and progress notes in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Contribute to the development of systems and processes that support growth and service excellence.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in NDIS service coordination, team leadership, or disability support.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability, Community Services, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants, families, and staff.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of organisation, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
