We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our growing team at Habibi Chicken. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities as we expand our presence with new store locations.

**About the Role**

As Store Supervisor, you'll support daily operations and team leadership while maintaining our high standards of food quality and customer service. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure operational excellence and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards
- Guide and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback
- Assist in staff recruitment, including conducting interviews and managing rosters
- Monitor food safety standards and compliance with OHS policies
- Support inventory management and cost control measures
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including video content creation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
- Previous experience in charcoal chicken or takeaway chicken operations (charcoal chicken preferred)
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Valid Food Safety Certification
- Strong understanding of OHS regulations and workplace policies
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in customer service excellence

Pay: $48,545.25 - $58,437.97 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
