**The opportunity**:
Kinetic are currently seeking and experienced procurement lead to develop and manage the centralised procurement function to service the growing requirements of the business. The role will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive a value adding procurement strategy.
Initially the role will focus on our Melbourne business, with the intention to roll out the function nationally across all of Kinetic's business units over time. The role will have a strong social procurement focus, developing relationships in accordance with Kinetic's values.
**Key responsibilities**:
- _ Define and lead Kinetics’ Procurement objectives, strategy, and road map for the next 1,3 & 5 years_
- _ Define and set up Procurement selection criteria for the award of new business_
- _ Lead and manage Kinetics’ procurement activities, with a strong focus on social procurement_
- _ Define and set up a business Social Procurement objectives tracker and reporting tool_
- _ Define and set up a social procurement impacts tracker, and reporting tool, through the direct, and indirect, impact of Kinetics’ business _
- _Review of data collection methodologies and propose process improvements (if need be)_
- _ Set up annual reporting of Kinetic’s performance against relevant commitments (ie. MBF commitments)._
- _ Develop and roll out training for all managers under the Kinetic Way._
**The boxes you'll tick**:
- _ Tertiary qualification in business, or procurement, preferred._
- _ Proven track record in complex procurement role, with a passion for social procurement_
- _ Knowledgeable of Social Procurement and soci-economic impacts and circular economy principle_
