We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced _Casual Medical Receptionist _to join our specialist doctor’s clinic. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a medical or allied health reception setting who is looking for flexible, family-friendly hours.

**About the Role**:

- Casual position with variable hours (5-20 hours per week)
- Tasks include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone enquiries, billing, and general administrative duties
- Supporting a small, professional, and caring team in a specialist medical environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience as a receptionist in a medical or allied health setting is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with medical software (e.g. Helix, Genie, Best Practice, or similar) is preferred but not necessary.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- A warm, compassionate manner with patients
