HEMC General Practice is searching for a Medical Receptionist to provide reception support and day to day coordination of the practice. The role is suited to a skilled senior receptionist or 2IC, who has worked in General Practice. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the growth of this wonderful clinic.

**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for patients and families
- Patient bookings over phone
- Patient Registration
- Work collaboratively with health professionals to ensure their needs are met and their work is supported
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of operational processes and systems
- Maintain accreditation standards

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in GP medical reception - minimum 2 years
- Strong focus on administration and concierge
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience with Best Practice, Hotdoc, Proda and Cubiko advantageous
- Patient focused and adaptable
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Permanent Australian residents
- Working with children check
