**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
As Sales Manager, you will be the conduit between the dealership and the company to ensure product offering meets market expectations; supporting and assisting dealers to ensure maximum market share goals are achieved.
The role is out in the field and will require you to travel to our dealerships across your assigned region.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Being the dedicated point of contact for earth moving equipment questions relating to your specific product portfolio
- Product marketing, including product positioning, promotion of assigned portfolio.
- Implementing new product introduction programs for dealers or distributors and internal employees that will improve identification of sales prospects.
- Monitoring and reporting competitive performance
- Taking the lead in identifying product knowledge gaps and recommending and being involved in appropriate training.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads for our sales organisations.
- Building and maintaining relationships wot key stakeholders through communication.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering would be highly regarded
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the earth moving industry or related would be ideal however experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Strong leadership, organisational skills and personnel development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a results oriented, enthusiastic approach to the role
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
