The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore our range of caravans and related products. You'll use your product knowledge and passion for the Jayco brand to guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide expert advice on our range of caravans, motorhomes, and accessories
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right product
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve dealership goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • A valid driver's license (mandatory)
