Sales Administration

**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized, and well-rounded individual to join our Marketing & Sales Support team located at St Marys, NSW.

You will see yourself supporting the sales team to deliver equipment finance sales through the administration and management of retail finance programs, develop and manage marketing materials, and merchandise to support these activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the company website, ensuring all content is up to date and fits in with company branding guidelines.
- Developing and distributing both internal and external communications
- Managing the development and distribution of marketing collateral
- Ensuring campaigns are released at appropriate cycles to capture maximum opportunity with the intended audience
- Monitoring media activity of key competitors, producing monthly reports, providing insights into competitor messaging, communication strategies and share of voice
- Ensure all company material, both internal and external facing meet the appropriate branding guidelines for channel and distribution
- Manage range and stock of CNH Industrial Capital merchandise

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A degree in Marketing or similar is highly regarded
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing Communications
- Strong computer literacy including MailChimp; Adobe Suite; WordPress and Pegboard
- Solid organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- An ability to work autonomously
