- Work closely with a well respect Plastic Surgeon
- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour plus penalties

Our client is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and enthusiastic Secretary/ Receptionist for their Plastic Surgery Clinic based in Nedlands. This fantastic hybrid opportunity provides a unique experience to work closely with the Plastic Surgeon and help establish a reputable and respected business.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming patients into the clinic.
- Scheduling of clinic and theatre appointments.
- Patient billings.
- Liaising with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and any other professions.
- Arranging medical equipment and supplies.
- Any other business / clinic related work.

You will possess:

- Previous experience in medical reception/healthcare.
- Excellent communication style & customer service skills.
- Well organised and ability to multitask.

The role will initially commence on a part time casual basis, whilst receiving a hand over from the current Secretary. From the, you will work up to full time hours.
