The NDIS Client Engagement Officer is responsible for attracting, onboarding, and retaining new NDIS participants. This role focuses on building strong referral networks, engaging with the community, and showcasing the organisation’s services to secure consistent client growth in line with NDIS compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
- Proactively source new NDIS participants through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with support coordinators, allied health professionals, GP clinics, hospitals, schools, and community groups.
- Attend expos, disability events, and local networking opportunities to promote services.
- Client Onboarding & Support
- Guide participants and their families through the intake process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Explain available supports, pricing, and service agreements clearly and in compliance with NDIS standards.
- Match participants with suitable support services to meet their needs and goals.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Implement creative marketing strategies (social media, community events, flyers, online campaigns) to attract new clients.
- Identify and pursue innovative opportunities to differentiate the organisation from competitors.
- Create referral pipelines with other providers and local organisations.
- Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate client records and referral tracking systems.
- Ensure all communication aligns with NDIS Code of Conduct and privacy standards.
- Provide reports to management on client acquisition progress, outcomes, and growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant journey.
- Proven experience in sales, community engagement, or client acquisition (NDIS or healthcare sector preferred).
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable presenting to professionals and community groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
