**Support Services for NDIS** is a registered service provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We have qualified and experienced staff to provide individualised support to participants with a disability, special needs and to aged care consumers across Liverpool, Fairfield and it's surrounds.

With a growing participant and consumer base, we are looking for committed, professional, and compassionate female support worker to join our team.

We also provide services for aged care Participants.

**The Role**

You will assist our clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations, cleaning and companionship
- Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outings
- Personal Care; showering, toileting and overall personal hygiene maintenance
- Individual Development

**Requirements**:

- Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential as client transport is part of this role
- Either Cert III in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support or 1 year experience with references
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children’s Check
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (must have 3rd booster as per NSW Health Mandate)
- Have excellent communication skills and speaks fluent English
- Preferably experience with high needs Participants, if no experience training will be included.
