**The Role**:As a Customer Advisor, you will have the opportunity to further your career and join a dynamic team. We will provide you with all the necessary training and ongoing support to excel in your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound sales calls and enquiries from potential customers, introducing them to SuperCare's services and benefits.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, actively listening to their needs and offering personalised solutions.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively articulating the value and advantages of SuperCare's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

**The Criteria**:We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key qualifications and traits we seek include:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident approach to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
