Subaru Australia is the exclusive Australian importer and distributor of Subaru vehicles manufactured by Subaru Corporation.

Subaru Parramatta are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently and discrepancies are immediately reported to the Service Manager.
- Display the utmost professionalism when dealing with customers and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience.
- Quote jobs, ensuring a high level of accuracy and communicate this with the customer ensuring they are comfortable with pricing prior to works being carried out.
- Implement corrective action as required in line with company policy
- Correctly complete service history documentation
- Create a culture of no compromise in the delivery of quality standards and compliance.
- Every employee has a responsibility to proactively manage risk and ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate respectfully and continuously with colleagues to achieve performance effectiveness.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment
