**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing**:

- Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and other materials as required.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments accurately.

**Human Resources**:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.

**General Administration**:

- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office facilities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for company events and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR and purchasing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $23.74 - $65.64 per hour
