We (Power Phaze Electrical) are a growing organisation providing high-quality electrical/solar engineering and technical solutions across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated **Electrical Engineering Technician** to join our team.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, assist and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Install, operate, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment
- Conduct tests, record results, and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with Australian safety and quality standards
- Provide technical support and liaise with engineers, clients, and contractors as required

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field (Diploma/Certificate IV or higher)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineering Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Understanding of Australian Standards, WHS practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

**Desirable**
- 3 Years of Prior experience in energy (Solar) is desirable
- Current electrical licence (if applicable but not mandatory)
