About the role

Thermal Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician/Electrician to join our team in Canning Vale. In this role, you'll provide high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding services for our valued commercial and industrial clients across Perth metro area. You'll work with a wide range of gas, oil and electrical equipment within the combustion industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform installation, breakdown repairs, manufacturing and regular servicing of industrial heating equipment
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Maintaining detailed records of work performed and materials used
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication throughout all stages of the job
  • Participate in an after-hours on call roster (Following a successful trial period)

What we're looking for

  • Valid A-Grade Electrician or Restricted Electrical License
  • Current C Class WA Driver's License
  • Class I Gas Fitting Permit (Preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience within the industrial gas industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team
  • A positive outlook with a willingness to learn
