**The Role**
This position reports directly to the CEO. You will be joining us to provide general administrative/secretarial support and assistance to staff, management team and the directors. You'll be performing general office coordination tasks as required.
**Job Responsibilities/Duties**
- General office administration tasks including filing, typing, data entry and secretarial support as required.
- Undertaking projects as assigned by the CEO, Managers and Directors.
- Liaise with clients, staff, suppliers, authorities and staff as required.
- Coordinate, assist with and attend Company and industry events.
- Undertake event and travel coordination and bookings for staff and Directors.
- Assist in the development of effective and efficient policies and processes in regard to the Company’s administration and general office operations.
- Assist, undertake and/or coordinate reception, including greeting visitors, answering and screening telephone calls and redirecting to the appropriate member of staff, as required.
- Assist, undertake and/or coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of office facilities, including boardroom, common areas and kitchen, as required.
- Conduct thorough self-checking and the checking of information and documentation provided by others.
- Provide regular updates to management as required.
- Liaising with clients, other consultants, contractors and authorities and participating in meetings as required.
- Familiarise, implement, participate and promote Company Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) objectives, values, policy, processes and procedures.
**What’s Required**
**_Qualifications_**
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration/Services, or equivalent.
Class C NSW Drivers Licence
**_ Experience/Skills Required_**
- Previous senior administrative experience
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM and databases.
- Good communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills to achieve deadlines.
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
- Professional personal presentation.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Capacity to establish the trust and respect of the internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and to transfer information, skills and knowledge to other staff members.
