We are a firm in Alexandria with scooter rental business We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Alexandria. Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm You will have previous experience in administration with a satisfactory understanding of business running to be successful in this position. You will also demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with an eye for detail. You will have a "can do" attitude; work very well under pressure being confident but also easily adaptable. This position will suit someone who is mature minded with high level of professionalism. You will be responsible for: - Provide Administration support to the Director; - Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required - Diary management and arranging appointments, booking/cancelling/modifying customer booking - Data entry - Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers - Arranging both internal and external events - Maintaining the company social media accounts including website backend, facebook and Google Business - Setting advertising budget on Facebook and Google Ads - Introducing product information to customers. To be successful in this role you will: - Minimum 1 Years’ experience in an administration position. - Experienced computer use skills and MS Office skills; - High attention to detail; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills and attention to detail; - The ability to work independently and under pressure at the same time maintaining accuracy; - Ambitious and looking for long-term career with opportunities for advancement in this fast-growing, strong company; - Professional presentation. **Salary**: $30.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Accounting: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: One location **Salary**: $30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Free drinks - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - ALEXANDRIA, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: One location
