**Job Description**:
**About the opportunity**
- Manage a portfolio of life insurance claims end-to-end from lodgement to finalisation
- Determine eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
- Provide exceptional customer service and participating in case conferences / peer case discussions

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Life insurance claims assessment experience across insurance products including Death, TPD, Income Protection, Trauma
- Sound case management and assessment skills
- Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
