**A day in the Life of an Internal Audit Manager**
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will perform audits in line with the annual audit plan. Contribute to the organisation's response and approach to regulatory expectations in regard to risk management through audit review activity.
- Complete risk-based audits, including risk exposures, reviewing key operational processes & procedures and adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights on the control environment and liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Prepare audit reports and work papers documenting results.
- Areas of focus include, risk management frameworks, credit risk modelling and transformation, operational risk & compliance manager and more.
**Experience desired to succeed in the role**:
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in an Internal Audit role within financial services, professional services or any other relevant industries.
- Experience working on projects would be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualified and CPS Professional (CPA/CA)
- Post Graduate IT qualifications with technically relevant skills (CISA/CISSP/CISM/ITIL)
- Experience working in large agile organisations will be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Experience conducting fieldwork.
