As an Admin Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams, ensuring our operations run smoothly, and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

About the Role:In this pivotal position, you will work closely with the Village Manager, helping to ensure our systems, processes, and resources are optimized to support our 75 residents and over 100 staff members. Your expertise will be vital in creating a positive and efficient environment, enabling us to deliver top-notch care and service to our residents and their families.

Your contributions will directly impact resident satisfaction, optimize occupancy, support revenue growth, and reinforce the village's strong reputation for compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will include a diverse range of duties that require a sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing recruitment processes for all open roles within the village.
  • Handling data entry, generating reports, and responding to emails and phone inquiries.
  • Coordinating the fortnightly roster for 100+ employees.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of timesheets.
  • Managing office operations including meetings, minutes, and general inquiries.

What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative expertise, strong people skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or Officer.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment coordination and staff rostering.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in Aged Care is highly regarded.
  • Management experience or leadership skills in overseeing small teams.
