This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Operations team. In this 12 month contract as a Customer Relationship Executive - Credit at Origin Zero, you will be responsible managing relationships with Origin Energy’s top 15,000 high-value business customers, who contribute more than 50% of Origin Energy’s revenue. This is a frontline role in a fast-paced inbound contact environment - but make no mistake - it isn’t a call centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our top 15,000 business customers, who are instrumental in driving half of Origin Energy's revenue
- Act as the primary point of contact, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and providing personalised assistance to address their concerns effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to our high-value customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to find appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Origin Energy's CRM system

Working in a highly operational environment, we are looking for individuals who live, breathe, eat, and sleep customers. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves business objectives.

Desirable;
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably managing high value customers in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage a large portfolio of business customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
