Melbourne, Australia Littlepay Full time

We’re Littlepay - a fast growing fintech based in Melbourne, and the world's only payment processor specialising in the transit and mobility sector. We've developed a payments platform that enables customers to pay for public transport using any payment card, mobile wallet, or wearable device. Littlepay is now processing transactions in 12 countries and continuing to expand globally.

**The opportunity**

Littlepay is on the lookout for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our platform team, a diverse, ego-less, empathic team that strives for high social cohesion. We’re an autonomous function within Littlepay — there’s virtually no top-down management — we plan around team-selected objectives. Our players are expected to look for opportunities to help, think about how to make things better, and clean up after each other.

We have a full-width field of play with control of everything from the office desk, to the laptop, the cloud, knowledge management, and all aspects of organisational security. This allows the team to develop holistic solutions with deep integration points. We operate in this space by using small modern tooling and we lean hard into the various SaaS partners we’ve chosen. And, where appropriate, we love to program

Most importantly: we’re really into security and it’s critical that all of our work is viewed through a security lens at every stage. We also help our other team mates in the wider organisation to realise modern and functional zero-trust, least privilege controls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- DevOps: helping our developers manage our platform
- Security: helping the organisation stay secure
- Employee Experience: helping our staff with core technology tools
- Knowledge Management: helping Littlepay use information efficiently

The specialist will ensure that all Littlepay employees working at our Melbourne CBD location have a smooth, unobtrusive, experience while in the office. This role is part office manager, part IT help-desk and will suit someone looking to break into technology from the ground up or a player that enjoys facilities management. Concretely, expect to be doing the following:

- manage various IT systems which support our Employee Experience function
- be the point of contact for all Melbourne office enquiries
- manage non-IT office equipment and consumables procurement
- manage office OH&S, tidiness, and work with our office provider to resolve issues
- manage the tech hardware and software used in the office, manage repairs, and the maintain our stock levels

**About You**:We’re open to any folks who have a want to work with technology, enjoy organising physical spaces, and enjoy helping others to succeed. Any skill with the following will interest us:

- “IT support” — maybe for friends and family, maybe as a hobby or as a volunteer
- office management — organising deliveries, managing general office consumables
- facilities management — managing office spaces, OH&S
- events management

The successful applicant doesn’t need to start with all of the required skill and knowledge from day 1. We’ve built learning into our team rituals, everyone in the team gets one day a week for personal and professional development and success in this role will come to keen learners who enjoy acquiring new skills.

**In return,**

You'll have the opportunity to learn about the payment processing ecosystem and be involved in the provision of critical services that impact millions of daily commuters. All within the tight-knit environment of an agile scale-up. We offer a competitive salary, flexible work conditions, ample opportunity for professional development, and a great CBD location close to Southern Cross station.

**What’s great about working with us at Littlepay**:

- Inclusive and diverse team who celebrates the uniquenesses we all bring to the company, whether neurological, cultural, gender and sexual identities, background etc
- Significant learning and development programs
- International travel opportunities
- Littlepay company wide public holiday
- We understand people have complex lives and we want you to feel comfortable to bring your authentic self to work

**Our Littlepay values**:
We value **trust and trustworthiness.**
- We begin from a place of deep trust, believing in our colleagues to know their stuff, take initiative, and get the job done. We build trust through transparent, forthright and honest communications, and by following through on our commitments.

We **embrace challenge **.
- We’re OK with challenging the status-quo and we aim to be thought-leaders as we navigate our evolving space. We actively seek out opportunities to be better at what we do, to grow, to ask for help, and to not be afraid to try new things.

We **solve problems, together.**
- As we scale and break new ground, there is a constant stream of problems to solve - small and large. As individuals we lean into problems and don’t let them daunt u
