Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Employee Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing guidance and support on workplace policies, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The role involves managing employee relations programs, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, collaborating with managers, and delivering training to enhance workplace relations and culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of workplace and labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in managing employee concerns, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Skills in conducting training, coaching managers, and fostering employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and HR teams
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or a fast-paced industry is a plus
