Human Resources Administrator

Business is booming at RPS and as a result our People team are looking for an experienced **HR Administrator** to join our **Perth or Brisbane** based team onto help support the increased workload.
We are open to flexibility and will consider applicants looking for a** casual 2-3 days per week** role.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide HR administrative support to the People team, ensuring quality, accuracy and that deadlines are met.
- These duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the probation tracking process for new starters
- Assisting with drafting various employee letters and documents for the People team.
- Contract administration.
- Employee set-up and maintenance within our HRIS system (Chris21)
- Running reports
- Collating and filing of employee documentation
**Qualifications/Experience required**:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business degree preferred.
- Min 2 years’ experience in a HR administrator role with a good starting knowledge of HR policies, employment relations and best practices.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using Chris21 will also be viewed favourably.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and SharePoint
