**About the Role**
As one of our Human Resource Administrators you will be accountable for providing HR and administration support to the HR team across all key HR functions including but not limited to the end to end support of the employees lifecycle, performance, compensation and compliance. In addition to;
- Managing the inbox & actioning enquiries
- Interpreting relevant policies & awards
- Completing legislative compliance
- Assisting with HR general enquiries via phone
- Supporting the HR Officer and HR Manager as required

**About you**
You will be an experienced Administrator, who has a “solutions mindset”, is able to prioritise tasks with ease. As we have experienced significant growth, we are seeking an individual who is looking for career progression.
