Position Summary:
The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for lead generation, qualification, and support for the Business Development Managers (BDMs) by helping to identify potential customers and ensuring that leads are well-qualified before passing them on to the BDM for closing. Ability to communicate is Mandarin is an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Research and identify new leads using various tools, industry networks, internal databases, and cold outreach methods. Focus is the medical aesthetic market capable of investing in Aesthetic devices as well as the Spa/Beauty segment capable of investing in Aesthetic devices.
- Qualification of Leads: Initial engagement to qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as interest level, budget, and timeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions in the Salesforce
- CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information for the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for senior BDMs with qualified leads.
- Quotas: Achieve minimum contact quota requirements as established by the Company
- Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new product opportunities.
- Collaboration with BDMs: Work closely with the senior sales team to prioritise leads and ensure smooth handover.
- Support: Assist with client follow-ups and handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining sales documentation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
