**Property Network of Australia** is currently seeking a
**Facilities Coordinator** to oversee the day-to-day facilities management of an Industrial Facility in Brisbane

Key Duties:

- Overseeing the maintenance and repair activities for buildings, grounds, and infrastructure of the facility, including managing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
- Developing and implementing short-term and long-term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
- Leading and managing a team of facilities staff.
- Managing the facilities budget and allocating resources effectively.
- Process, review and report on any WHS/ OH&S issues or concerns and assist with the performance of Risk Assessments where necessary.
- Support and assist with the coordination/ reporting of all staff, service agents and contractors on site.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced FC or FM to join a leading group, supporting site operations in Brisbane.
