Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

We are seeking a professional and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing strategic support to key clients via the coordination of routine inspection reports, whilst also liaising with facility managers on issues related to leased and owned sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with real estate agents to ensure compliance requirements for leased residential properties are met.
  • Organize routine inspections with agents throughout Queensland.
  • Collate property documentation and provide recommendations.
  • Carry out property inspections on commercial sites and provide itemized reports and recommendations.
  • Attend site meetings with contractors on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure copies of all reports and correspondence are kept on file.
  • Maintain building information documents, plans, and guides.
  • Assist in mitigating risks to clients.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good financial and IT literacy.
  • Understanding of basic building services and desire to learn.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents.
  • Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders.
