**Primary ConnectX - Our Digital Transformation
Primary Connect is undergoing a digital transformation through Primary ConnectX (PCX), the new technology vision to support our growing commercial business. The Primary ConnectX ecosystem will power Primary Connect to unleash tomorrow’s technology solutions today, and drive growth and sustained revenue in the future. We will create customer and partner-driven solutions for an industry-leading supply chain experience across Domestic Transport, Warehousing and International Logistics that will create long term partnerships.

The PCX Business Technology Architecture team is responsible for the functional design of the My Primary Connect ecosystem and platform as the digital experience to unlock future value through long term, strategic and sustainable design and product development. Our team works hand-in-glove with the Primary ConnectX Strategy, Delivery and our Woolworths Group Technology partners.

**About the Role
**The PCX Product Owner - Value Added Services role focuses on driving business outcomes for Primary Connect through our My Primary Connect digital ecosystem platform and partnership with Infor Nexus, with responsibility and accountability within the International Logistics and Warehousing services. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the Primary Connect ecosystem, our customers, 3PL partners, freight forwarding and shipping partners to enable the strategic growth of our business, product positioning and roadmap development.

Reporting to the Head of Business Technology Architecture, this role will be responsible for defining and enhancing use cases that will bring our value proposition for customers, partners and teams in the International Logistics and Warehousing services to life through the Infor Nexus platform, a robust integration layer and via My Primary Connect.

**Key focus areas include
- Create the quarterly backlog, partnering with Primary Connect leaders and PCX Strategy to ensure alignment with our business goals and value proposition and to deliver on our quarterly objectives and key results.
- Maintain the end-to-end execution and roadmap, including ongoing product planning in the International Logistics and Warehousing services.
- Lead our end to end service by communicating our product vision, compelling messages and stories to initiate support from the team and business to make decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the UI/UX team and group engineering teams to conceptualise the solution and subsequently develop the product and differentiating features.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to our Primary Connect leadership teams on our quarterly backlog and prioritisation of product initiatives.
- Ensure a return on investment with a financial understanding of the investment in the service against value outcome creation through the product development.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the International Logistics, freight forwarding and Warehousing market, both locally and internationally, digital global trade networks and identify future product opportunities.
