**The Role
**An exciting opportunity to join the BIG W X team as Product Manager. In this role, you will bring the BIG W purpose & strategy to life by partnering with the DLT to develop the roadmap. Lead the delivery of the BIG W’s Digital Strategic Initiatives roadmap through the development, launch and optimization of our products and operating models (people, process and systems capabilities) and through driving the change management required to embed those initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors and internal Woolworths group teams to scope, architect and deliver new capability and integrating into our existing Technology architecture.
- Partner with internal stakeholder teams across the digital ecosystem to define, design and execute digital roadmap initiatives.
- Understand the strategy and direction for all Pick up related projects so can, together with the business stakeholders, drive the development of the Digital roadmap for our Pick up related products and services
- Together with the business teams define, document and prioritise epics, stories, acceptance criteria and release mapping with consideration & managing of dependencies and early benefit realisation.
- Lead teams by communicating compelling messages and stories to initiate support from the team and business to make decisions
- Actively manage the risks, timelines and dependencies associated with the delivery of Digital initiatives. Seek active feedback and pivot as required. Ensure transparency of key decisions, progress and risks/issues at all times.
- Bring the broader teams on the journey. Ensure team capability is developed, launched and embedded in a scaleable, sustainable way
- Monitor performance and customer insights, lead implementation reviews and drive initiative continuous improvement. Spot and act on opportunities to extend and iterate on existing experience capability.
- Educate and support the digital capability development of our teams. Act as an advocate for our capability and products across BIG W.
- Drive and foster an innovative team environment to maximise the contribution of business SMEs and the Squad. Partner with Scrum Master and Team to collaborate, problem solve and deliver initiatives in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop as an agile Product Owner that adapts to change and is focused on the customer whilst being a champion to Agile ways of working.

**About You
As an experienced professional from a digital and ecom background, you will have strong understanding of digital customer journey and service delivery. You will be passionate about continuously improving BIG W’s digital offers for our customers through collaborating and co-creating with stakeholders across business functions.
