**The role**:
As an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the dynamic Store Manager to help build and grow the business, along with guiding the team, and building strong relationships with clients.

Having a client-centric mindset, with a can-do attitude, will see you succeed and flourish in this role. You will also need to demonstrate your strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and your love for working in retail.

**You**:
As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, your enthusiasm for customer service and passion for retail will serve you well in this dynamic role. You will also be required to demonstrate a service mindset, drive the sales and growth of the business with your business acumen, have strong attention to detail and be able to develop meaningful relationships with your team and customers through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Skills and Experience**:
Having previous experience in high-end retail is highly preferred. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 10, You will also need to have a strong sense of business acumen and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
