**he Opportunity**
This position provides you with an opportunity to commence a career in finance and gain valuable knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable. Upon completion of the traineeship, a Certificate III in Business Admin will be obtained. As an Accounts Trainee, you will be exposed to all aspects of the accounts functions and learn from experienced professionals.

Your typical day will include:

- Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data
- Assisting in preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures
- Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders
- Assisting in customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- General filing, record keeping
- Additional administrative tasks as required

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- An interest in the finance industry
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Exhibits a passionate and positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Takes initiative and demonstrates proficient problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and comply with instructions to facilitate this
