- Salary **$68,365.83 - $79,636.15 per annum** plus super
- Permanent full-time role

**What You Will Be Working On**
As an IT Support Officer, you will be providing professional and effective technical support for the City’s desktop, laptop computers, and mobile device fleet. You will contribute to maintaining an efficient service desk function, ensuring prompt and reliable assistance to our staff.
**What Type Of Person Will Be Successful**
To thrive in this role, you should possess a formal qualification in information technology or relevant industry certifications. Previous experience in a similar role, delivering effective technical customer service in a service desk environment, is essential. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of PC hardware, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, and domain security.
You will have highly developed customer service skills, along with strong analytical and problem resolution abilities. Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team will also be key.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential to promote a professional ICT support function and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
