The opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to work for a Tier 1 Civil Company on a major SA Project

**Your new company**

A leading international construction company that has a focus in safely delivering infrastructure to better communities around the world. This company is highly respected due to their focus on their people, their iconic infrastructure project delivery, and the way they always put safety and the community first in all which they do. They are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**Your new role**

As the Civil Supervisor, you will have various duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
- Effectively planning, coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources
- Ensuring all workers and inducted before commencing onsite
- Having a comprehensive understanding of the contract and specifications
- Monitoring the construction progress and compliance
- Managing site security and deliveries
- Forward planning construction work including resources and trade coordination

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Supervisor within the Civil space. You will have proven experience supervising and leading crews with earthworks and pavements and be able to collaborate with those at all levels effectively. You will have a commitment to safety and compliance and strong attention to detail.
